I have had a VERY difficult time getting the “feel” of my office across to potential patients via my website because we have such a niche practice – that is until we started working with Ads Next's Dental Revenue Team. We are consistently being told by patients that they came to us after viewing our website – and we know this because we ask them how they found us. These guys do a great job of understanding WHO we are and what makes us different – and then translating that into our website. We had virtually ZERO success with our online marketing prior to this – and yes, we DID have a website prior to this. Their ability to track and record calls allows for better training in our office too – it is amazing what you can learn once you hear yourself talk on the phone! They even give suggestions based on what they have heard other offices say that works. The statistics of how patients found us is pretty amazing too – and if I can follow it – anyone can – because I am not computer savvy AT ALL. At the end of the day – these guys are just plain second to none.
