This powerful listing management software lets us optimize and update over 70+ online citations en masse and on the fly to keep all location information accurate and up-to-date.

If you or your previous marketing provider have created a Yext account, please make sure to deactivate/cancel your Yext services. We will then reach out to Yext on your behalf to have the location(s) exported from your old provider into our portal and all the profile data will be sync’d and we’ll manage the service through our Yext business account.

Google Business Profile (GBP)

We will optimize and manage the Google Business Profile for all locations. Keeping the Google Business Profile listings up-to-date ensures that potential customers are able to easily and quickly find your business on Google Search and Google Maps.

Please list all of the GBP listings for your practice. Include the URL, and login information of each. If you would rather not share login credentials, please sign in to business.google.com, and add Dentalrevenue@gmail.com as a user with the “owner” role to each listing.

Google Ads

We will create new accounts for each location so we will not need you to transfer any accounts over to us.

Please list out target locations (cites and/or zip codes) if this information isn’t available, we will create a radius around the practice.

Google Analytics

To keep historical data it would be beneficial to transfer accounts or grant us admin access. If this isn’t possible, we can create new accounts but we would lose all historical data.

Priority location and focus will always be the location of your physical address. Once dominant in the primary location we will expand the reach of the practice.
