Dental Revenue HIPAA Compliance Statement

At Dental Revenue (an Ads Next company), we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information entrusted to us by our clients. Clients on the Dental Revenue Performance Program are provided a website, marketing modules and our conversion coach consulting service. Our program is designed to generate new patient revenue.
In order to measure performance and return on investment (ROI), we track and record new patient phone calls and website forms. Leads are stored in secure Reporting Dashboard. In addition, our HIPPA trained staff reviews these leads for the quality of leads, how calls were answered and the result of the call. This service provides awareness on missed opportunities as well as ROI on new patients generated from the website and online marketing.
Again, no patient health information or personal contact information is captured or stored in the Reporting Dashboard other than patient name, phone number, and email address.
Our dental websites includes both a new patient phone number and a current patient phone number. From time to time, a patient of record may call the new patient number or use the contact form. Dental Revenue does not review these leads. When it is determined that the recorded call is from a patient of record, it is deleted from the reporting dashboard.
If a new patient discusses sensitive information during a recorded call, our staff is instructed to delete these calls. This is a very rare occurrence due to the nature services which are focused on new patient generation.
In addition our Performance Program does not capture physical address, social security numbers, patient health information or other sensitive data.
